A new video by musician Brian Eno has just gone up. Brian sees the Convention as an opportunity to asess where we are with civil liberties and see where we could or need to be. He would like to think around what rights there might be in the future, for example in the creative industries, asking could/should ideas be owned?

Great idea! Hopefully more events of this kind will be held all over the world. There is a need and more importantly a demand for such sharing of information on civil liberty or the lack there of.
Great idea! There is a need and more importantly, a demand for this sort of information exchange between concerned citizens of the world.
I personally feel that there is a new global consiousness rising where-in people feel that we can really stop all the madness that being thrown at us if we ban together. The recent events in America and Greece are two examples of this in my eyes. Two totally different polarities but both showing what people can do when they come together for a cause. Scary stuff for most governments so more and more of our freedoms will be taken away. But it will get better if we don`t lose the cord and keep communication lines open.
In closing I wish you all, all the best, thank -you for defending love and as the song goes “never give in,never slow down, never grow old and never ever die young”.
